Hi all,

Been off the boil a bit lately, due to finishing stuff for Salute, moving home (moving again on Monday), antenatal classes (baby due in about 2 weeks), and work kicking my backside well and truly.

However, I have kept my paints handy, and I had 1 Studio Mac mini prepped up to paint as the need took me. The pics aren't great cos I don't have my lights, tent, tripod and such. But I did unearth the SLR, and the pics aren't too bad, as it turns out.



She's been done as a "fun" piece, really, but she's a lovely sculpt - the 1st single piece casting that I've painted for a long time. The base is an Elodie Mae one, by the way.

I love the sheer dress, the skin, and the snake. This really makes me want to paint Seraphine.

The face seems a bit off though. The forehead is slightly asymmetrical, and the eyes are too wide. Since the face is so important to a paintjob, I'd spend some more time getting it to look right.
